Pinky is a Google Ads certified member of the Paid Media team and creates and delivers paid and integrated channel strategies on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for our B2B and B2C clients.

Pinky leads key accounts at ThoughtShift and has worked on accounts across the furniture, education, website services, travel, holiday rental, electrical, technical clothing, gadgets, food, healthcare, fitness, non-profit, luxury and fashion sectors. Entering digital marketing from a multi-disciplinary humanities degree, Pinky thrives on the diverse and fast-changing challenges that working in a digital marketing agency offers, and has worked with a range of businesses from ecommerce to lead generation, start-ups to long-established brands, family-run to corporate companies, designers to manufacturers to retailers.

Pinky is proud to have helped Gopak to continue to increase market share, sales and revenue after almost 70 years in business; to have improved the quality of leads for Roomservice by CORT, the UK arm of the global Warren Buffet-backed CORT brand; and to have grown return on ad spend into the double digits whilst contributing to record website revenue for online retailer Marine Super Store.

Pinky has worked in digital marketing since 2016 and has many years of experience in auditing ad accounts, analysing ad campaigns’ performance, making efficient use of media budgets, optimising product feeds, migrating to new websites with minimal disruption to ads, working with clients to understand and best advertise their brand/products/services, ensuring that clients stay competitive in the fast-changing digital landscape, and nurturing relationships with ad platform representatives to help her clients achieve digital marketing happiness.
