ThoughtShift has been named as a leading digital agency in The Drum Digital Agency Census 2016. Ranking in the top 30 across the financial and client satisfaction categories in the 1-25 staff company size bracket. Conducted in partnership with the Recommended Agencies Register, ThoughtShift ranks at number 16 for client satisfaction and 28 for financial performance.
The yearly report looks at digital agencies across the UK covering a variety of digital specialisms such as web design, user experience design, media buying and course digital marketing. Companies are then split out by size based on the number of staff employed and ranked within those brackets. Agencies are judged on client satisfaction and financial performance (based on turnover and fee income). The client satisfaction ratings are gathered using the RAR system of client feedback.

Notably, 84% of agencies listed in the report displayed positive growth for the year, noting a combined surge of £127m across the industry.
