AJ has 20 years of digital marketing experience specialising in integrated multi-channel campaigns for consumer brands including The Body Shop, Menkind, Calumet, RED5, WOLF and Gopak.

AJ's experience includes leading over 200,000 hours of research, development and practice at ThoughtShift, whilst Account Directing dozens of eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.

ThoughtShift won the CIM Marketing Excellence Award for Best Use of Digital Marketing in 2017 for work with Calumet Photographic, where AJ led the Digital Marketing Strategy which grew turnover from 6 figures to 7 figures within a year.

AJ's RED5 eCommerce SEO campaign achieved SEO traffic increases from 600k visits to 2 million visits in 2 years and SEO revenue increased from £195k in 2012 to £390k in 2014. After working with RED5 for over 5 years and growing eCommerce turnover to in excess of £1 million, Menkind acquired RED5 and AJ was  part of the team leading the Organic Media Strategy for Menkind.

AJ also increased SEO traffic to publishing site Furniture News year on year by over 1700% from 6k in 2012 to 108k in 2014, through new build search architecture, dynamic optimisation and her ongoing campaign strategy.
